IT Product and Service Architect

• Creating Service Architecture deliverables consistent with product management principles, standards, methodologies, and best practices from both a bank and industry perspective
• Defining and validating technical requirements, and establishing traceability between requirements and architecture/design
• Determining business requirements and approaches to ensure all architectural solutions result in a coherent systems design

• Providing expert knowledge, support and guidance to business and technology teams
• Understanding of billing, rates, demand modeling, chargeback, and other financials
• Reviewing and approving 3rd party and integration solution architectures
• Facilitating technical design discussions and sessions
• Vendor management
• Coaching and leadership to Product and service Consultants
• Providing technical and architectural leadership
• 5+ years of relative experience in Product/Service Management

• Experience (5 + years) in:
• Working in cross-functional teams across a highly regulated, matrixed organization
• Supporting and engaging with executive and senior level management
• Process improvement / creating process efficiencies / optimization / process excellence (ideal candidate has Six Sigma or LEAN certification)
• Development of business controls, governance and reporting routines, documentation as well as metrics management
• Confidence to operate with an entrepreneurial mindset and communication style
• Ability to manage a product/service with an owner mentality
• Understanding how to build networks quickly inside the Bank and leverage them
• Comfortable working with Atlassian Products (Confluence, jira)
• Advanced skills across the Microsoft Product Suite (Project, Visio, Powerpoint, Word, Excel(building pivot tables, and other advanced capabilities to leverage for reporting purposes)
• Experience with IT Product Management, and ITIL v3 certification
• Experience in agile development and tooling.
• Excellent communication, organizational leadership, coaching, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate complex technology solutions to senior stakeholders.
