Job Description:
- Contractor will work closely with the lead learning consultant, subject matter experts and stakeholders to build content for our Credit College programs including case study builds, instructor led training, presentation design/edits and potentially eLearning development.
- Supporting design/development for our programs (ACC, DCT, GCC and ERT). The immediate need is for some building redesigning of content in preparation of DFS associates attending our programs. So, we could say Content Redesign for DFS
Required Qualifications:
- Experience developing immersive classroom learning experiences, with a particular focus on experiential scenarios, cases studies and simulations
- Increase the effectiveness of learning solutions by identifying and recommending format, modalities and interactions that reinforce key learning objectives and based on industry standards
- Eye for detail and keen ability to organize, move, select, synthesize, summarize and edit information to make it effective
- Effectively interact with executive leaders leveraging strong communication, active listening and strategic thinking
- 2+ years in learning & development, learning design, learning science or an adjacent field
- 2+ years Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Site, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4+ years in learning & development, learning design, learning science or an adjacent field
- Degree in instructional design, education or a related field.
- Financial background / acumen
- Previous Capital One experience
- Articulate 360
