Job Title & Skill Level: Salesforce System Integration Engineer - Level II
Designated Work Location: This is hybrid work, consultants can work 50% either from Albany office or NY City office.
Duration: 12 Months
Look for candidates over 15+ years of Total work experience and over 7+ years of relevant experience.

Mandatory Qualification
- Level II- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a System Integration Engineer
- Level II - More than seven (7) years of Salesforce architecture and solution design experience.
- Level II - Minimum 3 years experience in using Salesforce Service Cloud and CRM.
- 2 years experience in with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, and MuleSoft.
- 2 years experience in designing large multi-org or multi-tenant Salesforce solutions
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect (Proof of Certificate Included)
- 1 year experience of Salesforce Shield, encryption, and platform security.
- 1 years experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Duties / Responsibilities
A System Integration Engineer for Salesforce platform is responsible for translating business needs/strategies and capability requirements into scalable, secure, and reusable Salesforce platform solutions across multiple agencies. This role defines end-to-end solution architecture, ensures alignment with the CoE (Center of Excellence) guardrails, and provides technical leadership to solution teams delivering case management, citizen engagement, and AI (Artificial Intelligence) analytics capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Defines full architecture blueprint including business processes, integration, data, security, and components.
Design multi-cloud Salesforce solutions that align with business strategies and agency s needs by leveraging the Salesforce platform capabilities (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Agentforce, Tableau).
Define system boundaries, guardrails, data models, integration and environment strategy.
Extend Public Sector Salesforce solution and data models for specific needs of agencies.
Design for multi-agency reuse, i.e., reusable intake and engagement solution patterns (Portals and Omni-Channels).
Ensure Agency usecases (e.g. child welfare, licensing, investigation) fit into standardized Salesforce accelerators instead of creating custom silos.
Architect data flows and cross agency analytics.
