The Cloud DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer is responsible for automating, modernizing, and ensuring reliability of hybrid infrastructure spanning AWS and on-prem data center systems. This role manages infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring dashboards, and cloud optimization, with a focus on operational stability, scalability, and compliance with enterprise security and regulatory standards.
Design and maintain unified monitoring dashboards across on-prem and AWS environments.
Develop automation pipelines for infrastructure provisioning, patching, and deployment.
Manage ESX, MAAS, and Kubernetes (K0s) upgrades and DR validation.
Optimize AWS (EKS, Aurora, VDI) for performance, reliability, and cost.
Support HIPAA-compliant air-gapped and secure VDI implementations.
Collaborate with infrastructure engineers to ensure alignment in monitoring, upgrades, and configuration.
Maintain system documentation, operational runbooks, and quarterly audit reports.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
* 10-12 years experience
* AWS services: EKS, Aurora, VDI
* Experience in compliance-driven environments (HIPAA or similar)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.
