Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3, Portal for ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Desktop 3, ArcGIS Pro, and related GIS applications within the Azure environment.
- Administer ArcGIS Server and ArcSDE, including multi-user versioned editing and archiving.
- Support enterprise GIS and MEGIS geodatabases in Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle RDBMS.
- Manage scripts, models, and tools to support agency GIS users.
- Design architecture to accommodate emerging GIS technologies.
- Install, configure, tune, monitor, and maintain geodatabases and enterprise GIS in Azure.
- Deploy geographic information components, data services, and applications within MaineIT secure infrastructure.
- Support web application development and ArcGIS Online capabilities.
- Diagnose and correct system malfunctions, conduct and evaluate system testing.
- Collaborate with end users to capture, refine, and translate requirements into technical tasks.
- Ensure high service reliability in Azure server environment.

Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot and extend application frameworks.
- Extensive familiarity with geospatial data types and ESRI geoprocessing tools/scripting.
- Experience working with both technical and non-technical staff.
- Strong communication skills, oral and written.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills, initiative, and commitment to customer support
