Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for an ERP/CRM Developer to join our team based in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, focusing on migration projects and dealing with various modules of Kronos and Dimensions. This position will require a strong command of client-side scripting, cloud technologies, and CRM, among other skills.
Responsibilities:
Undertaking migration from WFC HR and WFC Payroll and Timekeeping to UKG PRO and WFD
Handling tasks related to various modules of Kronos and Dimensions, including Attestation, Analytics, Accruals, Extensions etc.
Gaining a deep understanding of WIM integrations
Gathering and understanding requirements for different projects
Utilizing your strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills to ensure efficient execution of tasks
Implementing your strong work ethic, team and customer service orientation to ensure prompt service delivery
Working with relational databases and client-server concepts
Utilizing your experience with Microsoft, AB Testing, API Development, Business Process Functions, and Configuration Management in day-to-day tasks
Ensuring accurate documentation through Business Requirement Documents.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an ERP/CRM Developer or similar role
Proficiency in Client Side Scripting
Solid understanding of Cloud Technologies
Demonstrated experience with CRM systems
Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
Familiarity with Microsoft technologies
Experience with AB Testing is preferred
Proven ability to develop APIs
Strong understanding of Business Process Functions
Experience in drafting Business Requirement Documents
Competency in Configuration Management
