We are seeking an experienced and outstanding ITIS Desktop Support for one of our esteemed clients.

Role : ITIS Desktop Support

Location : Hybrid Onsite Dallas TX, Jersey City Nj, and Tampa FL

Duration: Long term

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for desktop and laptop systems, both hardware and software.
  • Troubleshoot operating system (Windows/macOS) issues and perform necessary fixes.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
  • Configure and support Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and email clients.
  • Respond to and resolve user requests and incidents via the IT ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
  • Manage desktop imaging and deployment using tools like SCCM, MDT, or Intune.
  • Ensure systems are updated with security patches and antivirus software.
  • Coordinate with IT infrastructure teams on escalated issues.
  • Maintain asset inventory and documentation of IT processes and procedures.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees, including equipment setup and recovery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Mac OS environments.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and basic network troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, Any Desk, Bomgar).
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes and ticketing systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
