Description
We are looking for an experienced Infor M3 Implementation Consultant to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role is pivotal in supporting the rollout of Infor M3 systems for a food manufacturing and distribution client, ensuring seamless integration across multiple locations. Based in Beaverton, Oregon, this position offers a dynamic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with travel as needed.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the migration of legacy systems to Infor M3, ensuring seamless integration across multiple locations.
Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, testing, and go-live phases, while maintaining alignment with overall business objectives.
Configure and optimize Infor M3 systems to meet the unique needs of the food manufacturing and distribution industry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance order-to-cash processes and supply chain workflows.
Ensure compliance with food-specific requirements, such as expiration date tracking and traceability.
Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, development teams, and external vendors.
Monitor project risks, track milestones, and implement solutions to address challenges effectively.
Drive data integrity and system alignment to support organizational goals.
Provide hands-on support for EDI integration and application configuration.
Facilitate communication across diverse teams to ensure project success.
Requirements
Proven experience with Infor M3 implementation, including migrations from legacy systems.
Strong background in the food manufacturing or distribution industry, with expertise in shelf life and expiration management.
In-depth knowledge of order-to-cash processes and supply chain workflows within ERP systems.
Hands-on experience with EDI integration and application configuration.
Excellent project management skills, including stakeholder and vendor coordination.
Familiarity with regulatory standards for food production and distribution.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience with international rollouts and multi-site ERP deployments is a plus.
