Title - Technician Support

Location Austin, Texas (ONSITE only)

Experience 5 to 7 years

Mandatory Experience:

5+ years of experience in application deployment and infrastructure support.
Strong hands-on experience with IIS and Wildfly / JBoss server administration and application deployment.
Proven expertise in AWS EKS deployment and container orchestration using Kubernetes.
Deep understanding of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
Experience in creating and maintaining Helm charts for Kubernetes applications.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions.
Proficient in Bash, Python, or PowerShell scripting.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Deploy applications on IIS and Wildfly / JBoss application servers.
Support and improve application deployment to AWS EKS clusters, including containerization and orchestration.
Write and maintain Terraform scripts to automate provisioning of AWS infrastructure components.
Develop and manage Helm charts for Kubernetes-based deployments.
Design and document end-to-end deployment processes for various environments.
Identify and implement improvements in the existing CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
Collaborate with developers, DevOps engineers, and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues.
Prepare and deliver technical documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
