Job Description:

• Microsoft Endpoint Manager Configuration Manger product engineer
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Configuration Manger current branch with more SCCM engineering experience
• Know about upcoming features and technology advancements related to existing and next versions
• Effectively engineer at an enterprise level more than 100 000 clients all aspects of Configuration Manger to include but not limited to OS deployment servicing patching replications SQL queries inventory reporting software metering and power management
• Serve as a technical voice where needed to advise others on the product
• Troubleshoot all aspects of Configuration Manager issues related to client devices supported servers' logs SQL distribution points role servers and the CAS central administration site
• Attend and schedule meetings to resolve issues deliver a feature or complete a project related to systems management
• author automation scripts using PowerShell
• Ensure engineering standards are documented
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to key partners and senior management
• Self-starter with problem solving experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a large technology organization
• 5 years of Configuration Manager product experience preferably in a large global technology or financial institutions organization.
