Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer Integrated Eligibility Systems
Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (Onsite from Day 1; Relocation Required)
Position Type: W2 / Full-Time Only (No C2C)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Java Full Stack Developer with 4 5 years of hands-on experience to join our team supporting Integrated Eligibility (IE) system modernization projects. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working on public sector systems such as Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, or other Health and Human Services (HHS) programs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, test, and deploy full-stack Java applications for state-level Integrated Eligibility systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including BAs, Testers, and Architects to implement user stories and requirements.
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient backend code using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs.
  • Build responsive front-end interfaces using Angular or React.
  • Perform code reviews, unit testing, and assist in system integration testing.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as needed.
Required Skills:
  • 4 5 years of hands-on experience with Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
  • Strong front-end development using Angular (preferred) or React.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript.
  • Experience working with SQL and relational databases (e.g., Oracle or PostgreSQL).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Git, Maven, Jenkins.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience working on Integrated Eligibility (IE) systems or Health & Human Services (HHS) projects.
  • Understanding of programs like Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, CHIP.
  • Exposure to COTS platforms like Curam or Salesforce (a plus).
