Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable and responsive consumer-facing applications that support high traffic volumes.
• Develop all server-side logic, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and security.
• Integrate front-end components built by UI developers into the application.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, architects, developers, and automation engineers in an agile environment.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver high-performing, resilient, and intuitive applications.
• Ensure applications provide excellent customer experiences with a focus on usability and performance.
• Participate in code reviews and design discussions; contribute to continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with latest trends and best practices in JavaScript, backend development, and related technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues proactively to maintain smooth application performance.
• Advocate for quality, security, and scalability in software development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in backend development, preferably with Node.js, Java, or similar technologies.
• Solid understanding of server-side frameworks and RESTful API design.
• Experience integrating front-end elements with backend services.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) and data modeling.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization (AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
