Job Title: Oracle Fusion Configuration Management Specialist (Config Snapshot Expert)


Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Configuration Management Specialist with hands-on expertise in Config Snapshot to support the tracking, comparison, migration, and management of Oracle Fusion configurations across project lifecycles. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion applications and will play a key role in ensuring governance and accuracy across environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the use of Config Snapshot to document, compare, and migrate Oracle Fusion configurations across environments (e.g., Dev, Test, Prod).

  • Establish configuration baselines and maintain audit trails for system setup and changes.

  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to validate and review configuration changes.

  • Support project implementations by capturing and tracking all Fusion Cloud configuration activities.

  • Generate and analyze reports to identify discrepancies or unauthorized changes.

  • Provide training, documentation, and guidance to stakeholders on Config Snapshot usage and best practices.

  • Ensure compliance with change management and audit requirements through effective configuration governance.

  • Coordinate with release managers to package and deploy configuration bundles to target environments.


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, or SCM) implementations or support.

  • Proven experience with Config Snapshot for configuration tracking and management.

  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion setup, environments, and configuration lifecycle.

  • Experience with Fusion modules such as Financials, Procurement, or HCM.

  • Knowledge of change control, release management, and audit processes in Oracle Cloud environments.

  • Excellent analytical and documentation skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in multi-pillar Oracle Cloud implementations.

  • Familiarity with tools like Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, or HDL.

  • Oracle Cloud Certification is a plus.

  • Exposure to Agile project methodologies and DevOps tools.
