Siebel CRM Business Analyst Agile

Role Summary
The Siebel CRM Business Analyst - Agile will support Agile delivery under the Power Cell model for client programs. The role focuses on analyzing business requirements, converting them into clear user stories, and supporting end-to-end delivery in alignment with defined acceptance criteria and Definition of Done.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze functional and non-functional requirements and translate them into well-defined user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business SMEs, and technical teams to clarify requirements prior to sprint planning.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and PI planning.
- Support solution design, sprint execution, and timely delivery of assigned user stories.
- Maintain requirements, design documentation, and support test case preparation as per Cummins standards.
- Track and manage user stories and tasks using JIRA or equivalent tools.
- Support sprint demos, deployments, go-live, and infant-care activities within the SOW scope.
- Ensure adherence to Agile metrics, documentation standards, and delivery quality expectations.
Skills & Experience
- Experience as a Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong user story writing and stakeholder communication skills
- Hands-on experience with Siebel CRM (or similar CRM platforms)
- Proficiency with JIRA or Agile tools
