We are on the lookout for a passionate Business/Product Analyst with deep expertise in real-time customer journey analysis. Leveraging leading-edge platforms, you will drive the delivery of personalized digital experiences that captivate and engage. Responsibilities:
  • Gather, document, and analyze requirements for features related to online storefronts, POS systems, order fulfillment, and customer service.
  • Own and evolve the product roadmap for customer experience and journey, with a focus on driving real-time, context-aware digital experiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing, data, and engineering teams to enable seamless orchestration of personalized journeys using Adobe's CDP or similar tools.
  • Design and prioritize features that power omnichannel experiences across app, web, and other digital touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, developers, and marketing teams to translate business goals into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Map current-state and future-state customer journeys across digital channels, identifying opportunities for contextual engagement.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Product Analyst, in one of the following areas.
    • At least 2+ years focused on Adobe Experience Cloud tools (AEM, AJO, Real-Time CDP) (OR).
    • At least 2 years working on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce, POS, or eCommerce systems (OR).
    • At least 2 years of working on loyalty programs, customer retention, or gamification features.
  • Experience working on web and mobile app platforms to enable contextual content and targeted experiences.
  • Strong understanding of journey orchestration, customer segmentation, and behavioral data usage.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
  • Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
