Job Description: Tech Lead AWS Node.JS
Introduction:
This position is for a technical lead with API development experience in NodeJS, AWS, and MongoDB. The role involves serving as a hands-on scrum master, utilizing AWS knowledge, and developing APIs using NodeJS. The ideal candidate should be willing to work from the client's office four days a week and have a background in P&C Insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a hands-on scrum master for the development team
- Demonstrate strong knowledge and experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Develop APIs using NodeJS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members
Requirements:
Required Skills:
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in IT management
- Hands-on experience with API development using NodeJS
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work onsite at the client's office four days a week
Preferred Skills:
- Background in P&C Insurance
- Experience with MongoDB
- Scrum Master certification
