Job Details

Title: PMS Mobile Key Technical SME
Location: Remote with Travel to Bethesda, MD
Type: Contract
Duration: Long Term

Mandatory Required Skill:

  • Good understanding of installation of lock servers and gateways (added advantage with experience of Onity/Saflok/Ving). how the key encoders work and are configured with the lock system.
  • Domain knowledge of hospitality industry. Good understanding of Property Management System (PMS).
  • A good knowledge of how to troubleshot serial and IP based cable runs.
  • Troubleshooting key lock interfaces using the electronic lock logs and a knowledge of the various errors that might come up when making keys.
  • An understanding of parking interfaces and how they work with the lock interfaces.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skill
