Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our Salesforce team and drive data-driven insights across enterprise platforms. This role focuses on developing predictive models, advanced analytics, and AI/ML solutions to transform business data into actionable intelligence. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in statistics, hands-on experience with SQL Server (2012 or similar), and proficiency in modern data science tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analyses to solve complex business challenges
  • Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from SQL Server (2012 or similar databases) and Salesforce to uncover trends, patterns, and insights
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to translate analytical findings into strategic and operational recommendations
  • Build and maintain data pipelines, ETL workflows, and automated reporting solutions to support ongoing analytics initiatives
  • Implement AI/ML capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem, including Einstein Analytics, predictive scoring, and recommendation models
  • Create intuitive dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ensure data accuracy, quality, governance, and compliance throughout all analytical processes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Master s degree preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related role
  • Strong expertise in SQL Server 2012 or similar RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL), including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning
  • Hands-on experience with Python, R, or similar statistical programming languages
  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques
  • Exposure to Salesforce platform and Einstein Analytics is a plus
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
