Job Title: QA Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead for long-term W2 engagement across multiple U.S. locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance strategy, hands-on testing, and test automation, leading cross-functional QA teams in enterprise-level Agile environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor QA teams across onshore and offshore models

  • Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases

  • Manage full QA lifecycle: Functional, Regression, Integration, Performance & UAT testing

  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders

  • Ensure high-quality releases through test automation and CI/CD practices

  • Identify test gaps and drive quality improvements across SDLC


Required Skills & Technologies:

Test Management:

  • Jira, HP ALM, Zephyr, TestRail, Xray

Automation Tools:

  • Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Playwright

  • TestNG, JUnit, NUnit

  • Cucumber (BDD/Gherkin)

  • Appium (Mobile Automation)

  • REST Assured, Postman (API Testing)

Programming/Scripting:

  • Java, JavaScript, Python, C#, SQL, Shell Scripting

Performance & Security Testing:

  • JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling

  • OWASP, Burp Suite, Fortify

CI/CD & DevOps:

  • Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Bamboo, GitHub Actions

  • Docker, Kubernetes, Maven, Gradle

Cloud & Environments:

  • AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform

  • BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, LambdaTest

Agile & Collaboration:

  • Agile/Scrum/Kanban experience

  • Confluence, Microsoft Teams, Slack


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  • 7+ years of QA experience, with 3+ years in a QA Lead role

  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
