We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join a high-performing team focused on crafting intuitive, easy-to-use products that span across the business. This role is key in enabling human-centered practices that inspire, innovate, and deliver elevated customer experiences.
Experience in the Loyalty space is preferred.


Responsibilities

Leadership

How you expand your influence through strategy, decision making, coaching, and management

  • Actively coach and mentor other product designers and cross-functional peers

  • Support mid-to-high complexity product teams

  • Learn and grow leadership and strategy skills

Strategy

How you understand and plan within a product team that solves customer problems and drives market impact

  • Use evidence-based influencing skills

  • Conduct stakeholder identification workshops; create stakeholder maps

  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement for HCD (Human-Centered Design) enablement

  • Translate stakeholder knowledge into discovery inputs

  • Improve business proficiency through stakeholder partnerships

  • Explain the value of discovery and experimentation

  • Define discovery strategy within the product domain

Execution

How you support and oversee the design and delivery of solutions to our customers

  • Conduct research discovery to define problems

  • Apply mixed-methods research practices

  • Identify the right problems using problem discovery frameworks

  • Prioritize problems to be solved

  • Execute lean experimentation

  • Build expanded research models with Product Management

  • Act as a design-thinking influencer and storytelling enthusiast

  • Monitor industry trends and innovative retail concepts

  • Build internal partnerships (Athlete Insights, Data & Analytics, etc.)

  • Understand product macro-journey and cross-team dependencies

  • Apply visual design principles to UI

  • Advocate for customer-centric product experiences

  • Use the Homefield design system to create UI designs

  • Participate in sprint planning and development alignment

  • Gather feedback and identify behavioral trends

  • Monitor metrics and usage trends

  • Set discovery objectives and goals with stakeholders

  • Combine quantitative and qualitative data to tell product stories

  • Improve data proficiency with the D&A team


Qualifications

  • Advanced understanding of Product Design

  • Lean product mindset rooted in experimentation

  • Proven success in defining cohesive research strategies

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Skilled facilitator with relationship-building and collaboration abilities

  • Ability to balance business goals and customer needs

  • Experience launching complex products

  • Strong deductive reasoning and curiosity

  • Customer advocate with generative research experience

  • Advanced in applying problem-solving frameworks

  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle and lean product management

  • Influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

  • Ability to pivot or persevere based on data and learning

  • Portfolio demonstrating a human-centered design process
