Description:
Position: Full Stack Software Engineer (Java/.NET) - Contingent Assignment
Location: Charlotte, NC
Experience Level: Mid-Level (2+ years)

About the Role:
As a Full Stack Software Engineer on a contingent assignment, you'll contribute to the development and optimization of software solutions that support business objectives. You'll work on low to moderately complex engineering initiatives, applying your technical skills to identify opportunities for process improvement and deliver high-quality code across the stack.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of full stack applications using Java and/or .NET technologies.
  • Analyze and resolve technical challenges related to low-to-medium risk deliverables.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend enhancements.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Develop a strong understanding of internal tools, policies, and compliance requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in software engineering or equivalent experience through a combination of work, consulting, military service, or education.
  • Proficiency in Java and/or .NET frameworks.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).
  • Familiarity with software development best practices, version control systems (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in agile development environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
