ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a Platform Engineer to join our Technology team. In this role, you will ensure the stability, scalability, and security of the firm s cloud-based infrastructure. You ll lead efforts across cloud architecture, networking, disaster recovery, and secure deployment pipelines in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. Working cross-functionally with both business and technical teams, you'll play a critical role in maintaining smooth operational continuity, implementing industry best practices, and driving infrastructure innovation.

In this role, you will:

Design, build, and manage secure and scalable cloud infrastructure across multiple environments

Maintain and optimize virtual machines, networking configurations, and system performance

Develop and execute disaster recovery strategies and business continuity plans

Implement and uphold rigorous access controls, firewalls, and network security protocols

Monitor system reliability and proactively address issues before they impact operations

Document infrastructure decisions and procedures for internal audit and compliance purposes

Evaluate new technologies to enhance operational effectiveness and security posture

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM (QUALIFICATIONS):

5+ years of experience managing cloud infrastructure in a production environment

Experience supporting financial institutions, hedge funds, or other high-security environments preferred

Deep expertise in cloud services (preferably Azure), including VM management, networking, and access controls

Proven ability to build secure, compliant, and resilient systems and business continuity strategies

Familiarity with software deployment pipelines and integration into cloud environments

WHAT WE OFFER:

Total Compensation between 140,000-170,000 USD
