The successful candidate will possess a strong customer service approach to providing first-level Teir 1 technical support to corporate end users. This role is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, software, and peripheral devices. The ideal candidate will have solid technical experience, exceptional communication skills, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver first-level technical support for hardware, software, and peripheral issues across desktops, laptops, and mobile workstations.
- Diagnose and resolve problems with Microsoft Windows operating systems, MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), printers, disk space, and VPN connectivity.
- Install and configure approved software and devices, including printer setups and reinstallation.
- Perform remote troubleshooting and password resets for various business applications.
- Log and track all incidents according to defined procedures.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate second- or third-level support teams.
- Assign tickets to the correct support queues and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain and update tracking databases created in Microsoft Teams and Excel.
- Provide courteous and professional assistance via phone, email, or remote tools at all times.
