Description
The IT Project Manager will lead enterprise-level IT projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and technical expertise to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr.

Description
The IT Project Manager will lead enterprise-level IT projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and technical expertise to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute IT projects, managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
- Drive project progress, resolve issues, and ensure milestone achievement.
- Manage internal/external vendors and stakeholder relationships.
- Develop project budgets and secure funding approvals.
- Apply best practices in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and Scrum ceremonies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years in IT project management within an enterprise PMO.
- Experience delivering ERP, CRM, EDW, MDM, eBusiness, or M&A projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum; PMP and SCM certifications preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, Visio, and PM tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred:
- Lean/Six Sigma, FDA validation, or M&A integration experience.
- Exposure to diverse technologies and enterprise environments.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Manufacturing excellence system/solution, this position will work a lot with the manufacturing divisions.
- Strongly prefer candidates with Planview experience
- Strong project management with technical fluency
- Experience in manufacturing and drug lifecycle is a plus
- Cannot have a difficult personality; needs high EQ. Want someone who can take control in a technical meeting but not overpower the stakeholders and be too aggressive.
- PowerPoint required; Asana is a teachable nice-to-have
