Input Finance Application Manager

A financial services company in Missouri is looking to add a new Input Finance Application Manager to join their growing team in a Remote capacity.

Responsibilities:

The Input Finance Application Manager will be responsible for

• Partner with assigned business areas to gain deep understanding of their processes, plans, and how technology solutions are utilized by them


• Work with RDS business to ensure understanding and utilization of products inherent capabilities


• Create and maintain a product roadmap, working with RAF business units to identify, sequence, and prioritize enhancement requests and upcoming vendor releases with an eye on available budget


• Represent RAF and provide input into Vendors product roadmap and enhancement planning


• Produce Feasibility Studies and Business Cases to support Life Cycle Management and prioritization


• Evaluate and analyze business requirements, elicit information to help identify business needs and objectives, and propose solutions to solve problems


• Application configuration changes with appropriate change management documentation


• Evaluate solution proposals for technical merit and feasibility to satisfy business needs within tolerable cost and risk parameters


• Assist in preparation of testing strategy and test plans and drive SIT and UAT


• Consistently deliver projects that are on time, within budget and meet or exceed stakeholders' expectations


• Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience operating in a Quality Control capacity.


• Experience working in a project focused organization (Waterfall and Agile).


• Understanding of business analysis activities, tasks, tools and deliverables


• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)


• Experience in an Azure environment


• Experience with AMP


• Strong technical knowledge


• Previous experience in a Customer-facing position


• Solid problem solving and time management skills


• Great interpersonal skills


• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)


• Strong attention to detail


• Highly organized

Desired Skills:

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager


• Security and/or Network experience


• Experience in Azure and Angular


• Experience in writing SQL queries


• Information Technology background


• Experience working with Legal and Regulatory related processes


• Familiarity with Legal terminology/jargon
