The ideal candidate will have experience with a global digital transformation services company and possess the capability to represent a diverse array of solutions including business strategy, experience design, software engineering, automation, and operations. Candidates should have experience in engaging and building relationships with business decision makers and executives at the CXO level. Experience in the Media or Telecommunications is essential, and strategic account management skills along with a robust network within target accounts are highly advantageous for this role. This role requires the individual to be located close to client headquarters (Dallas/Frisco or Tri-State Area).

The base salary range for this position is $140,000- $175,000, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.

You will be responsible for:
- Understanding the digital transformation landscape.
- Understanding CX technical offerings and the value it creates for clients.
- Creating and maintaining strong relationships with business decision makers.
- Delivering sales presentations to decision makers.
- Planning and identifying opportunities that can drive account growth.
- Working with the account team to formulate and maintain the Account Growth Plan.
- Coordinating responses to RFI/RFPs.
- Coordinating with sales, technical, and delivery teams to drive positive outcomes.
- Owning the P&L and financials.
- Achieving the business KPI's (Growth %, Revenue, GM, Utilization, CSAT).
Your skills and requirements will include:
- Relevant Media and/or Telcom Industry Focus
- Experience (preferably BPO) in a strategic consulting or software development services company, selling into a major wireless carrier.
- Possess the financial and business acumen to build compelling account-growth plans.
- A confirmed ability to develop and lead Digital Transformation conversations across a broad spectrum of C-level executives and buyers.
- Robust knowledge of the client/industry space.
- Consultative Business Development mentality and approach.
- Demonstrable expertise in driving business activity, able to think outside of the box, but target driven and focused to deliver outstanding outcomes for our clients.
- Previous experience achieving revenue targets and strategic growth.
- Hardworking, with exceptional presentation and communications skills.
- Good team building and customer service skills that can help drive satisfaction.
- Negotiate effective commercial terms and agreements.
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline would be advantageous.
