Summary:
The Project Manager (PM) is accountable for ensuring successful completion of projects, on-time, within budget, and delivering defined measures of success. The principal responsibility of the Project Manager is to manage planning and execution of project workstreams, manage project team members and interact with various Cybersecurity/business resources. PM will be responsible for managing the project charter, communications, metrics, reporting, overall project plan and budget. The Project Manager will use knowledge of IT technical processes and business acumen to guide cross-functional teams in the execution of projects.

Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Summary:

PM will be responsible for managing the project charter, communications, metrics, reporting, overall project plan and budget. The Project Manager will use knowledge of IT technical processes and business acumen to guide cross-functional teams in the execution of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead program and project planning sessions.
- The incumbent will function independently in leading a large, diverse program or project planning sessions.
- Responsibilities also include preparation and pre-work for project sessions as well as follow-up on action items by assigning ownership.
- The incumbent must have the ability to adapt to diverse business climates.
- The incumbent must be able to control planning sessions - able to stop any side bar conversations constructively and must be able to keep the team focused on project objectives.
- Provide input for staffing and support of programs and create accurate and detailed schedules.
- The incumbent must interpret, document & communicate Voice of the Customer (VOC), Voice of Business (VOB), and Critical Customer Requirements (CCR) to develop a comprehensive Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to reduce program risk and enhance project schedule quality.
- Will be working primarily with US based team teams.
- Working in the Cybersecurity Security Engineering organization, with projects focused in the areas of application security, domain security, connected asset security, operational technology security, and threat attack and penetration services.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years total experience in project management
- A college or university degree with a technical focus is highly desirable.
- In addition, ten plus years of progressively responsible job-related experience in multiple business units are typically required.
- Master s degree with minimum 7+ years in Project management.
Desired Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to deal with sensitive issues, develop others, or influence others inside and outside the department to take specific actions.
- Should have strong project management skills, team leadership skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Professional training in leading and facilitating meetings is highly desired.
- Ability to work well with a geographically distributed team.
- Project management (PMP and/or SAFe) certification.
- Experience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
- Understanding of Cybersecurity, various tooling/technology, Network, Infrastructure and Cloud technologies.
- Knowledge/understanding of Application/software development life cycle (SDLC), ITSM/ITIL processes.
- Understanding Risk management, Vulnerability management and ISO 27001, Security best practices, etc., is a plus.
