Job Title: Senior Consultant ACI MTS Development & Customization

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in ACI Money Transfer System (MTS) development and customization. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical and functional knowledge of the ACI MTS product suite, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancement of core banking and payment functionalities.

This role is critical to ensuring robust implementation and seamless integration of MTS solutions within complex banking/fintech environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and customize solutions using the ACI MTS product.

  • Install, configure, and maintain MTS core and Web UI/SUI components.

  • Manage and troubleshoot MTS processes, lines, queues, and remote records.

  • Work with MTS databases (REL, AUX) and handle msg creation, OFAC checks, account & currency data, and exception processing.

  • Configure and implement RGW (Remote Gateway) solutions.

  • Perform shake-out testing and resolve environmental or integration issues.

  • Collaborate with QA and production teams for smooth turnover and deployment.

  • Support and enhance ASI interfaces, MTS Video, and Web UI components.

  • Analyze and optimize message workflows, especially involving ISO 20022 and SWIFT standards.

  • Ensure integration with third-party systems using IBM MQ and various databases (Entia, Oracle, DB2).

  • Execute Unix/Linux shell scripts and perform advanced troubleshooting on UNIX/AIX platforms.

Required Technical Skills:

  • ACI MTS Development, Configuration & Customization (Mandatory)

  • COBOL, Linux/Unix/AIX, Shell Scripting

  • Entia DB, Oracle, DB2

  • IBM MQ configuration and integration

  • Familiarity with ISO20022 and SWIFT messaging standards

Desired Profile:

  • Proven experience with large-scale banking or fintech platforms

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills

  • Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members if needed
