Technical Lead - UKGPro WFM

Skills: Implementing UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions), Timekeeping and Scheduling
General scope:
- Provide system administration and production support for UKGPro WFM, the timekeeping and staff scheduling system for two newly acquired hospitals.
Skillset
- UKGPro WFM (Dimensions) Mandatory Workforce Central experience is not a substitute for Dimensions
- ServiceNow incident management
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support (90%)
- Maintain system configurations; update approved configuration changes in non-production environments.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and modify integrations between UKGPro WFM and 3rd party systems.
- Support and monitor existing configuration and change requests to said configuration
- Support configuration and monitoring of physical timeclock devices, mobile applications, and kiosks
- Monitor the ServiceNow assignment group for incidents and requests. Resolve issues and respond to new requests per standard SLAs.
- Manage security administration for the application, including creation and maintenance of user profiles, permissions, roles
- Help resources manage configuration, including Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, and Absence Management
- Perform regular security reviews to identify separated employees, audit segregation of duties, and system access to ensure appropriate access based on Job responsibilities.
- Document standard operating procedures, including detailed step-by-step instructions.
- Provide training to additional personnel as needed.
Change and Release Support (10%)
This position is also responsible for coordinating any software release efforts from the non-production into the production environment. Noted that the software vendor hosts all environments.
- Validate ServiceNow Ticket Migration Readiness to ensure that every Enhancement/Change Ticket approved to go into production conforms to the release control procedure.
- If applicable, ensure systems are updated with the latest security patches. Develop and implement a patch management process to address vulnerabilities promptly.
- Update ServiceNow Ticket Migration Status.
- Issue On and Off Cycle Release Notes to stakeholders
- Attend Change Advisory Board meetings and inform other teams on change tickets that could impact other applications.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Experience implementing UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions), focusing on Timekeeping and Scheduling modules.
- Hands-on experience with configuring and integrating the UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) application
- 5+ years of experience administering and providing implementation and/or technical support for UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) timekeeping and scheduling. Workforce Central experience may not substitute for UKG ProWFM/Dimensions experience.
- Hands-on experience with development, troubleshooting, and maintenance of UKG ProWFM/Dimensions configuration.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively identify and address security vulnerabilities and incidents.
- Knowledge of security technologies and tools for access control, monitoring, and incident response.
- Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical personnel at various organizational levels.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working in a Healthcare and/or Higher Education environment (preferred, not required)
