Job Title: Global Quality Assurance Supervisor
Location: Easton, PA
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Global Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in Easton, PA. This role plays a pivotal part in supporting Customer New Product Development (NPD) initiatives by reviewing and processing first part approvals and ensuring manufacturing processes meet quality standards. The Global Quality Assurance Engineer will also evaluate customer complaints, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions, delivering formal written evaluations to customers.
Responsibilities:
  • Review and process first part approvals for Customer New Product Development (NPD) initiatives, including development, review, and submission of required documentation (e.g., control plans, FMEAs, dimensional reports, material certifications).
  • Collaborate with customer facilities to achieve acceptable manufacturing process outputs and ensure all required process controls are implemented and maintained.
  • Evaluate customer complaints to determine preliminary root causes and direct appropriate corrective actions.
  • Provide formal written evaluations summarizing findings for customers.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering role or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with quality tools and processes, including first article approval, FMEAs, control plans, process capability, and Gage R&R studies.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, with a strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
  • Experience with Minitab software is a plus.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand new concepts.
  • Knowledge of customer product lines is desired.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
