Location: New York, NY (Remote)
Duration: 6 months contract
Schedule: Part-Time, 20 hours per week (Monday Friday, EST Hours)
Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Consultant Engagement & Operations Coordinator to support consultant lifecycle management for the organization s venture investment division. This role focuses on consultant onboarding, contract coordination, procurement, and financial processes, while ensuring an exceptional experience for external consultants.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate consultant engagements and renewals, including confirming contract terms, tracking budgets, and maintaining consultant databases.
- Manage onboarding processes for consultants, including vendor enrolment and purchase order (PO) creation/management.
- Oversee consultant invoicing and payment workflows within enterprise systems; resolve payment-related issues promptly.
- Provide a high level of customer service to consultants, ensuring smooth operations and resolving queries efficiently.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or client relationship role.
- Familiarity with Ironclad and enterprise procurement systems (buying hub, embark, or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously, with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to learn new processes and tools quickly.
- Self-motivated and collaborative, with a customer-service mindset.
- Experience in vendor/consultant onboarding processes.
- Background in finance, procurement, or contract administration.
- Familiarity with large-scale technology environments.
