Title: Senior People Soft Developer

Location: Remote

JD:

  • PeopleSoft Developer to provide development, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support for URI s PeopleSoft environments. The PeopleSoft Developer will support one or more of the following modules: Human Resources (HR), Finance, Payroll, or Campus Solutions. The ideal candidate will have significant expertise with PeopleTools and the full suite of underlying PeopleSoft technologies, along with strong customer support skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on PeopleSoft development experience in at least one major area: HR, Finance, Payroll, or Campus Solutions.
  • Advanced proficiency in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Application Packages, SQR, Integration Broker, Component Interfaces, BI Publisher, and SQL.
  • Experience supporting PeopleTools upgrades, patching, and system migrations (including PALMA upgrades).
  • Excellent customer support, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong team orientation and ability to work independently or collaboratively as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting multiple PeopleSoft modules or environments.
  • Prior experience with PeopleSoft/Oracle Cloud infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with change management and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Experience supporting PeopleSoft integrations, data conversions, and reporting.
