Job Description iOS Technical Lead Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality native iOS applications.

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define and deliver mobile solutions.

  • Architect scalable, maintainable, and reusable codebases following industry best practices.

  • Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards.

  • Own the technical roadmap for iOS development and align it with business objectives.

  • Monitor app performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for speed, scalability, and reliability.

  • Stay up to date with the latest iOS trends, tools, and technologies.

  • Ensure compliance with Apple's guidelines and App Store policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in mobile development, with a strong focus on native iOS.

  • Proficiency in Swift and Objective-C.

  • Hands-on experience with Xcode, UIKit, SwiftUI, and Core Data.

  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and mobile architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, VIPER).

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.

  • Strong understanding of mobile security, performance optimization, and accessibility standards.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
