Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR Lead Functional Consultant
Duration: 6-12+ Months (Possible Extension)
Location: Jersey City, NJ / Miami, FL (Onsite)
Job Description:
- 8-10 Years of Experience- leading implementation and support projects, configuring the system, and ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- This includes gathering requirements, designing solutions, performing configurations, testing, and providing user training and support.
- Strong functional knowledge of Core HR within Oracle Cloud HCM
