Title: Sr IT Risk & Compliance Analyst

Location: Midwest Region (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Contract

Compensation
Pay Range:$49.00-$70.00/Hrs

Description
* Support the adherence to Governance, Risk & Compliance frameworks.
* Collaborate with IT personnel to identify process improvements.
* Identify technology risks and develop control objectives.
* Perform testing of technology controls.
* Develop and maintain process and control documentation.
* Implement processes for proactive evaluation of IT risks.
* Maintain IT policy and procedure library.

Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with IT personnel to document operational processes.
* Identify technology risks and develop applicable control objectives.
* Test technology controls and ensure alignment with industry frameworks.
* Maintain process and control documentation.
* Assist with the implementation of IT Risk & Compliance processes.
* Implement continuous monitoring of IT controls.
* Perform reviews to validate compliance with IT policies.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree.
* Minimum 4 years of IT audit or risk management experience.
* Industry certification in Information Technology or Risk Management.
* Capability to perform walkthroughs, risk assessments, and ITtesting.
