Houston, TX (Hybrid) | 1-Year Contract
We re looking for an Application Engineer to join our grid-scale storage group in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. This role is key to building and evolving enterprise-level, cloud-based solutions with national and global reach.
What You ll Do
- Support a major migration project and enhance custom applications.
- Design and deliver scalable cloud solutions for data ingestion, analysis, and transactions.
- Collaborate across teams and stakeholders to drive robust solutions.
- Build UIs, dashboards, APIs, data integrations, and microservices.
- Provide support (including rotational off-hours) and improve development processes.
What You ll Bring
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Strong application development & integration experience.
- Proficiency in C#/.NET, Python, JavaScript (React/Angular).
- Cloud expertise with Azure & AWS..
- Experience migrating on-prem to cloud solutions.
Nice to Have
- R
- Energy trading or ISO market knowledge (ERCOT/CAISO) preferred.
