Staffmark presents an exceptional opening for a dynamic individual as a Maintenance Technician within a leading company based in Belgrade, MN. We're seeking someone with experience in industrial or facility maintenance to join our diverse team.



Schedules Available:

1st shift: 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri

2nd shift: 4:00pm-12:30am, Sun-Thurs

Pay: $25 - $30/hr. for either shift (no differential)



Essential tasks:


  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and building systems.

  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.

  • Assist with installation of new equipment and upgrades.

  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns.

  • Use PLC programming knowledge to troubleshoot and optimize automated systems (if applicable).

  • Document maintenance tasks, repairs, and parts usage accurately.

  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment while following safety protocols.

  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.


Qualifications: Proven experience in industrial or facility maintenance. Knowledge of electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems, familiarity with PLCs and basic programming is a plus, ability to read technical manuals, blueprints and schematics, and strong ability to troubleshoot/problem solve.
