Position Summary

This role provides corporate IT support and supports site inspections and field coordination. Responsibilities include day-to-day IT administration, coordinating site access, assisting inspectors, and supporting documentation and compliance activities. The position requires hands-on technical skills and the ability to operate in field-based, regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

IT Administration

  • Provide Tier 1–2 IT support for users and devices
  • Manage user accounts and access (Microsoft 365, Azure AD, VPN)
  • Install and maintain hardware and software
  • Support collaboration tools and basic cybersecurity controls
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation

Site Inspection & Coordination

  • Coordinate logistics and readiness for site visits
  • Support inspectors with access, scheduling, and issue resolution
  • Assist with site documentation and reporting
  • Coordinate re-visits and virtual site visits when required
  • Serve as liaison between inspectors, project teams, and site contacts

Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate inspection and coordination records
  • Support audits, quality checks, and reporting
  • Follow established SOPs and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in IT support, field support, or technical operations
  • Experience providing on-site support
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to travel locally and regionally

Site Inspector Minimum Requirements

All site inspectors assigned to this role must meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • Successful Background Investigation – Must pass all required federal and contract-specific background checks
  • Authorization to Work in the United States – Must provide valid work authorization documentation
  • Eastern U.S. Availability – Must reside in or be available to work within Eastern states to meet response and scheduling requirements
  • Drug Testing – Must pass required drug screening in accordance with contract and client policies
  • Required Training Completion – Must complete all mandatory training within an eight-hour timeframe and demonstrate competency with required systems and procedures

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in inspections, audits, facilities, or regulated environments
  • Familiarity with healthcare, CMS, or government contracting
  • IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, or similar)

Physical & Travel Requirements

  • Ability to lift IT equipment
  • Ability to walk inspection sites and facilities
  • Local and regional travel as needed
