  • Be a Key Technical Liaison: You'll work closely with customers and internal teams to promote products and solutions that meet client needs.

What You'll Do

  • Technical Support: Provide enterprise customers with technical support for server and motherboard products, as well as networking solutions.
  • Testing and Validation: Perform motherboard, system, and other server component validation testing, including functionality, compatibility, performance, stress, and reliability testing.
  • Troubleshooting: Report hardware and software quality issues into bug tracking systems and drive issue resolution.
  • Documentation: Document and analyze test data, and maintain and improve validation test plans and instructions.
  • Automation and Development: Contribute to the development of test utilities and test script automation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support internal and external quality issues, collaborating with teams to drive resolutions.

What You'll Bring

Essential Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a hardware validation environment.
    • Strong knowledge of computer architecture.
    • Familiarity with Linux, Windows, and networking.
  • Skills:
    • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both speaking and writing.
    • Knowledge of server performance benchmarks and tuning is a plus.

Salary Range

$68,640 - $117,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
