RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Program Manager in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Maryland Heights, MO. Our client strives to connect their customers to superior communications and entertainment products with the highest quality service.

Summary:
The Program Manager willlead and coordinate application operations programs, ensuring high availability and minimal disruption to business-critical systems. The ideal candidate brings a disciplined, process-driven mindset, combined with strong communication skills and the ability to operate effectively across technical and non-technical teams. This individual will work closely with leadership to track, report, and drive progress on operational initiatives aligned with strategic business goals.

Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day operations of critical applications to ensure maximum uptime and minimize business impact from incidents
* Define, implement, and drive programs that align with broader operational and strategic objectives
* Develop program schedules, monitor progress, and report on key deliverables and outcomes
* Support risk identification, assessment, and mitigation planning across operational initiatives
* Collaborate closely with the Operations Senior Manager to assist in reporting, performance tracking, and team updates
* Communicate program status, risks, and results effectively to internal teams and senior leadership
* Foster a team-oriented environment and contribute to team building efforts across the operations organization

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of program or project management experience, ideally within application support or IT operations environments
* Demonstrated ability to manage programs with multiple stakeholders and moving parts
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a process-oriented approach to execution
* Familiarity with application architectures, enterprise technologies, SLAs, and incident management practices
* Proven ability to identify and manage operational risk
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Able to translate complex topics for technical and business audiences
* Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with experience working in matrixed organizations

Preferred Skills:
* PMP or other relevant project/program management certification
* Experience working in large enterprise environments, particularly in telecommunications or similar industries
* DevOps exposure or understanding of DevOps principles

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
