Position Summary

Our client is seeking a technically skilled Payroll Systems Analyst to temporarily support the payroll and time & attendance systems during a maternity leave. This position is responsible for providing technical expertise in analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining Payroll System based applications. Offer day-to-day support to regional administrators, management, and other stakeholders globally. Administer the global payroll systems and future applications to support HR and Payroll teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve first-tier technical issues in UKG Pro and Kronos systems.
  • Perform system configuration based on identified issues.
  • Support year-end payroll processing, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
  • Collaborate with remote team members and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Communicate effectively with payroll and HR teams to resolve system-related concerns.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: 3-5 years minimum in payroll systems or HR technology.
  • Systems Knowledge: Strong familiarity with UKG Pro and Kronos; SAP experience is a plus.
  • Industry Background: Manufacturing experience highly preferred.
  • Company Size: Experience working in organizations with 5,000+ employees.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree not required; relevant experience accepted.
