Experienced Leader in Semiconductor Product Development Needed!



This is a High Visibility Role, defining the roadmap for Next-Generation Semiconductor solutions.



The position requires frequent working with the Global Sales Team, Energy BU, and SoC architects.



Externally, you will lead the thought leadership activities for the customers, while internally you will be responsible for defining the system play and shaping the product roadmap (Semiconductors enabled with highly-differentiated Electrification solutions).

responsibilities:



  • Global responsibility to lead and manage the new products/solution that will result in new business opportunities for the electrification system segment.

  • Ownership for the Company's power semiconductor system play roadmap and key person for defining the product roadmaps, shaping the R&D activities and go to authority for the power semiconductors system expertise.

  • Lead the development system proof of concepts, whitepapers, other collaterals and requirements for the implementation of identified new concepts.

  • Technology evangelist able to influence customers with the solution choices for the new platform designs leveraging on the trends of electrification and efficient power management able to represent company's offering at various external events and platforms.

  • Subject matter expert for defining the technology and system choices for the business. Ability to efficiently assess risk versus opportunity for the solutions development.

  • Innovator who fosters the culture of research, innovation and mentors the talent growth. Contribute in the patents and trade secret portfolio creation.

  • Lead System architect who able to comprehend industry's existing system designs and able to come up with the incremental and or system improvement with the design of semiconductor enabled value proposition and accordingly guide the domain system architect and SoC team developing design specifications and requirements.

  • Part of the CTO Advisory team for the investment strategy and able to contribute to the build, buy and partnership decisions for the realization of the roadmap.
