Title: SCADA Technician
Location: Remote (Need local to TX)
Duration: 6+ months
Job Description:
Looking for 10+ years of SCADA technician.
Should have 8 years of experience as Project lead experience needed to Support and helps implement NERC/CIP requirements and security requirements.
Should have 8 years of experience in utilizing electric utility with DNP, ICCP, UNIX, RTU, ICG, and reading of electrical drawings, good communication skills and problem resolution.
Should have 8 years of experience in project coordination at a utility.
Should have 8 years of experience in ADMS and EMS 24/7 real-time control systems are synchronized, consistent and ready for the deployment for the energization of CIP projects and automated distribution field devices.
Should have 8 years of experience in implementing utility projects from design to field installation and during normal operations RTAC or SEL design.
Should have 8 years of experience in coordinating work with vendors and internally across several workgroups.
Should have 8 years of experience in reviewing or interpreting circuit maps, electrical drawings, control diagrams and charts for electrical facilities.
Should have 8 years of experience understanding of electric transmission and distribution.
Should have 8 years of experience in assisting in efforts to keep up with the latest developments in the utility industry, to meet North American Electric Reliability Council (NERC), Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) and Texas Public Utility Commission (TX PUC) standards and regulatory requirements.
Should have 8 years of experience with established validation and testing procedures on SCADA/EMS/ADMS or at utility.
Should have 8 years of experience in electrical network equipment at substation at utility or ICS systems.
Should have 8 years of experience to Work closely with field personnel to support project energization at utility.
Should have 8 years of experience in AE's NERC/CIP requirements, relay engineering, substation and distribution field devices, electrical power system, SCADA, EMS and ADMS real-time control systems, AE's operating guidelines.
