What You'll Be Doing:
- Collaborate closely with IT and business stakeholders to design, document, and implement Oracle solutions.
- Provide architecture oversight and guidance for Oracle initiatives, programs, and projects.
- Partner with other architects to develop technical roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies to enhance competitive advantages and internal efficiencies.
- Create and maintain enterprise technical standards, diagrams, and documentation.

- Possess a Bachelor s degree in an IT-related discipline or equivalent industry experience.
- Have 7+ years of Oracle application experience in large organizations.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of business processes, accounting practices, and financial systems.
- Excel in building meaningful relationships and influencing without direct authority.
- Are a critical thinker and problem solver with a passion for learning and self-improvement.
What We Are Looking For:
- Clear and effective communicator with superior documentation and diagramming skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to drive alignment between IT and business priorities.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion, Oracle WMS, and other Oracle cloud applications.
- Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud and enterprise integrations utilizing SOAP, REST, and web service APIs.
- Experience with SDLC practices, code management, quality assurance, and deployment pipelines.
