Job Title: ServiceNow Architect Health & Safety Module
Location: Omaha, NE (Onsite Preferred)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract.

Job Overview:

We are actively seeking ServiceNow Developers and Architects with hands-on experience in the Health & Safety Module to join our team on a long-term contract. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, particularly with CMDB, IRE, and integration capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust ServiceNow solutions, focusing on Health & Safety, IRE (Identification and Reconciliation Engine), and CMDB modules

• Architect and maintain a comprehensive CMDB strategy, ensuring data quality and governance

• Lead integration efforts between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs

• Optimize IRE processes to ensure accurate reconciliation of CIs

• Guide and mentor development teams, enforcing best practices and platform standards

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow configurations

• Document architectural designs, integration strategies, and deployment best practices

• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and recommend platform enhancements

• Lead implementation and integration of IT Asset Management (ITAM) with Discovery & CMDB

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow architecture and development

• Deep expertise with ServiceNow CMDB, IRE, and platform integrations

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist CMDB

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer

• Strong command of JavaScript, AngularJS, REST/SOAP web services

• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping

• Understanding of ITIL processes and their implementation within ServiceNow

• Experience designing ITAM solutions within ServiceNow

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Health & Safety Module experience (Certification preferred)

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Discovery

• Familiarity with ITOM, ITBM, or CSM modules

• Knowledge of cloud platforms and their integration with ServiceNow

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
