Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced AWS Cloud Engineer to join our team and support the design, deployment, and maintenance of scalable and secure cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AWS services, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and DevOps best practices.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure using AWS services.

  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot cloud systems to ensure high performance and reliability.

  • Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployments.

  • Optimize cloud costs and manage resource usage across environments.

  • Implement best practices for security, backup, disaster recovery, and compliance within AWS.

  • Document infrastructure configurations and operational procedures.


Required Skills:

  • 6 9+ years of hands-on experience working with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, etc.)

  • Strong experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar IaC tools.

  • Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or Bash.

  • Experience in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or AWS CodePipeline.

  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.

  • Solid understanding of networking, firewalls, load balancing, and cloud security principles.

  • Experience in working with Linux-based systems in a cloud environment.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate or Professional.

  • Experience with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.

  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Prior experience supporting cloud migration projects.
