Looking for someone with minimally 1-2 years of straight executive support experience that also has an understanding of AV support. Description
We are currently seeking an Executive Level Support Engineer to support our Executive Leadership Team, the candidate will be responsible for supporting company Executives and their Admins. They will be performing a variety of support activities while maintaining strong communication with Executives and their Admins around expectations and solutions. We are looking for a professional IT engineer that is service/support oriented to support our Executive team. Prior experience as an executive support engineer is required. This role will report to the Enterprise Operations Leader.

1. Proven experience supporting executives and providing white glove service- must be highly professional and blend in with a room of executives from head to toe
2. Experience handling issues from hardware to software to AV
- This consultant will need to know Zoom - troubleshooting, setting up meetings, conference rooms, etc.
- Strong experience with troubleshooting Email, phones, iPads, etc.
3. Must have a servant leadership mentality and be a "people person" taking a proactive approach to ensure continual readiness in support of company executive teams
- Proactive mindset required, looking at executive calendars in advance and ensuring everything is set up for success from a technology standpoint throughout the course of their days
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
To include, but not limited to the following:
o Manage level 3 support issues (escalated from L1 and L2 support team members) for executive team. Provide direction and train support team members handling L1 and L2 requests.
o Leading process creation with new & existing technology
o Determine hardware/software configurations that best serve the business requirements
o Own vendor relationships, monthly checking and annual reviews of vendor expectations
o Define technical requirements for applications and process
o Design system requirements based on use cases
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $48.00/hr.
