SAP Procure-to-Pay (PTP) Analyst

Overview

SAP Procure-to-Pay (PTP) Analyst will play a critical role in delivering, supporting, and enhancing SAP solutions that enable end-to-end PTP business processes. This position focuses on SAP S/4HANA and requires deep functional expertise, strong business partnership skills, and the ability to lead process improvements across a global organization. The role reports directly to the SAP PTP Lead and collaborates closely with cross-functional and business stakeholders.

• Own the design, oversight, and governance of SAP S/4HANA Procure-to-Pay processes
• Implement and support standardized global PTP processes across the enterprise
• Identify, evaluate, and document gaps between business requirements and global SAP templates
• Partner closely with PTP business teams and subject matter experts to translate needs into scalable SAP solutions
• Oversee and prioritize the PTP enhancement and demand backlog
• Develop compelling business cases that clearly demonstrate the value, impact, and alignment of proposed improvements with enterprise strategy
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to streamline financial operations and improve SAP system effectiveness
• Collaborate with adjacent SAP workstreams including Order-to-Cash (OTC), Plan-to-Manufacture (PTM), and Record-to-Report (RTR) to ensure integrated S/4HANA solutions

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience
• At least 4 years serving as a SAP PTP Functional Analyst or Lead in ECC and/or S/4HANA environments
• Proven involvement in a minimum of two full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Experience supporting large, global organizations with revenues exceeding $1B
• Strong functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA, with a focus on Materials Management (MM)
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba and integrated PTP solutions such as OpenText VIM
• SAP certification preferred
• Background working in regulated or compliance-driven industries
• Prior experience leading or managing teams
• Effective leadership skills with the ability to adjust style based on audience, context, and organizational complexity
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.
