Join our dynamic team as a Sourcing Director for Private Label, where you'll lead a talented group in developing strategic sourcing plans and fostering supplier relationships to ensure high-quality, cost-efficient healthcare products.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team to develop strategic sourcing plans focused on efficiency and quality.
- Implement best practices in supplier management, cost modeling, and competitive bidding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and manufacturers.
- Conduct supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with market demands.
- Drive cost analysis efforts and manage budgets for private label sourcing.
- Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge.
Skills
- Extensive experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management within the healthcare sector.
- Proven track record in managing private label categories and vendor negotiations.
- Strong analytical skills for cost modeling and performance data assessment.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to foster relationships.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools, ERP systems, and MS Office Suite.
Preferred Skills
- Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Familiarity with FDA, GMP, ISO, and other regulatory requirements for healthcare products.
- Experience in strategic sourcing for new product development and portfolio management.
