Key Responsibilities
Functional & Testing Responsibilities
  • Perform functional analysis for UKG HCM, Timekeeping, and Scheduling modules.

  • Participate in gathering, understanding, and documenting business requirements.

  • Create test plans, test scripts, and test scenarios for end-to-end solutions.

  • Conduct System Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and UAT support.

  • Validate configuration setups and ensure functional alignment with business processes.

  • Identify, log, track, and retest defects using standard defect-management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM).

  • Collaborate with technical teams for interface validation and end-to-end workflow testing.

  • Support data validation, timesheet calculations, accruals, pay rules, and schedule rules testing.

  • Ensure testing compliance with business requirements and UKG best practices.
